This policy explains what information Cohaar collects when you visit cohaar.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, address, town or city, province, phone number and email address, and the products you order.
Payment: you pay by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. We never ask for or store card details on this website. For a bank transfer, we see the transfer details your bank gives us.
If you have an account with us: your login details, your saved address and your order history.
If you write a review: your name, email address, rating and review. Your email address is never shown.
When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram: your name, number or username, and what you send us.

How we use it

To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To send you emails about your order and your account.
To answer your questions.
To keep the website secure and working properly.
To understand how people find our store (for example, from Instagram, Facebook or Google) and to measure and improve our ads.

Who we share it with

Delivery: the courier company that delivers your order receives your name, address and phone number.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel on our website tells Meta which pages you visit and what you add to your cart or buy, so we can measure and improve our ads.
When the law requires it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. We use them to:

keep your cart, checkout and login working;
keep the website secure and fast;
record how you found our store when you place an order;
measure our ads with the Meta Pixel.

To keep the website secure, it also records the internet (IP) address of each visit and checks which country it comes from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need cookies to work.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We may need to keep some order records for our accounts.
